Help with Membership Products

  • What is my user name and pass code?
    Your user name and pass code were created at the time of purchase and can be changed once inside the members area.
  • How do I get my user name and pass code?
    Your User Name and Pass Word should have been emailed to you within 15 minutes from the time you made your purchase. If you have not gotten it please first check your spam box or promotions tab to see if it is there. If you still do not have it then contact us at support and we’ll get it taken care of.
  • What do I need to do if I want to upgrade to a higher
    membership level so I can access other materials?
    If you wish to purchase another product or upgrade you can simply click on the product and it should take you to the Product Description page in which you can then order form that page or go to our product page on the website here 

Help with One Time Order Products

  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    If your order is a physical product or physical bonus offer your product will ship within 3 business days and depending on what shipping option you chose, could take between 3-15 days within the continental United States. If you are located at an international destination, we cannot guarantee a specific time because each countries handling of mail differs greatly. However our experience has been that it can take between 2 to 5 weeks.  If you suspect a problem you can always use the tracking code in your email and if you suspect it has been lost or is taking longer than it should then contact us at support and we’ll work tirelessly to find out what is going on and how to resolve it.
  • For a digital product where do I download my resources?
    If your order is a digital product you should receive the email with a download link within 15 minutes or sooner. If not please check your promotions tab or spam folder. If you do not see it there then contact us at support and we’ll get you set up.
  • What If I am not happy and want a refund?
    If for whatever reason you need a refund then just submit an email to our support center at support with the title PLEASE ISSUE REFUND, and submit your name, email, billing address, order number, date of purchase, and product and we’ll issue the refund immediately if it falls within the Guarantee period for that product. Refunds are imitated immediately and depending on your bank can take between 3 to 30 days to receive the refund.

Billing & Account Questions

  • When will my payment be processed?
    Your payment will usually be processed the day you made the purchase unless there was a trial period. If that was the case then the payment will be made the day the trial period is over. If it is a membership payment then the payment will be made on the exact same day each month, the day the trial period was over.
  • How can I get a copy of the receipt?
    You should have received and email with your order information. If you do not have it then please first check your spam box or promotions tab to see if it is there. If you still do not have it then contact us at support and we’ll send it to you again.
  • If I desire a refund how do I go about initiating that?
